Today’s Lawful2Shoot? Focus: Finding Squatters In Your Home and or on Your Property. You’ve been on vacation for one month, or you’ve inherited property and home from family members who died and are arriving to take care of the estate, or any other reason you can imagine where you arrive at a property and home you own, and someone is living there.

You know the people have broken into your locked home and there are clear signs they’ve assumed ownership. There is robbery and or theft which has occurred of your home and possessions. What is the best way to approach this situation? The following is what I will do if the time comes when I become a victim of this crime.
‘Squatting’ takes many forms, but all instances result in the forceful taking of someone’s property and home against the will of the rightful legal owner.
The correct action for you to take depends on your physical ability, because the law as I will show you. allows for both non-deadly force and deadly force depending on the level of resistance encountered if you attempt to remove them. But the question you must truthfully answer is, what level of physical force are you able to use and prevail, and are you ready to handle the escalation in the level of jeopardy should it occur?
