Today’s scenario is one where you had to use deadly force to defend yourself from a person who attempted to rob you at gunpoint. As he pointed his gun at you and demanded your money, phone, and watch, something behind him made a loud noise which distracted him just long enough for you to pull your pistol to fire two shots which killed him. When he fell to the ground you backed up thirty feet during which time he rolled over to a face-down position and put both hands in his hoodie pockets and died. The assailant was not the same race as you and was of a minority demographic of society.
